Run multiple NPS surveys, styled and translated to match your app
Classic NPS gave you one survey per account, a Dark or Light theme, and label text you had to email support to change. The rebuilt NPS lifts all three.
- Multiple surveys.Publish more than one at a time, each with its own targeting and analytics: one for free users, one for paid, one per product.
- Your colors and your font.Set primary, secondary, and background colors, then pick a font or set it to Auto to inherit your app's. Edit the "Not likely", "Very likely", and "Ask me later" labels yourself.
- Localization.Translate in the builder, upload XLIFF files, or auto-translate with AI.
There is no automatic migration. Classic and new surveys run side by side with separate analytics, so you can build the new one before switching off the old.
