Captain AI:
Captain can now answer a wider range of questions to help you understand more of what’s happening in Appcues. Use it to:

Compare performance across multiple Flows to spot what’s working
Surface your highest-performing Flows
Get an engagement snapshot for any account, including activity trends
See account-level metrics like active users, messages, & Workflow activity
Understand who qualifies for a Segment with a clear explanation of the conditions

Banners:
Editing Banners just got easier, with a Rich Text editor, giving you a cleaner light-mode interface and more formatting options.
Workflows:
Reorganizing your journeys just got easier. You can now drag and drop steps inside a Workflow to reorder your logic without rebuilding.

Next-gen NPS (Beta):
NPS surveys are getting a major upgrade. Soon, run multiple at once, customize colors and properties, track events, and publish to mobile web.
