Captain AI:
With faster responses than ever, our in-product AI assistant is even better at helping set up, manage, and improve your experiences:

Segmentation planner:
Tell Captain AI who you want to reach, and it will help you create segmentation rules for your experiences (very soon he’ll even build them for you altogether!). This is especially helpful when integrations are complex or properties are unfamiliar. Captain AI can also sift through similarly named properties (like email vs e_mail) and help you choose the option with the best coverage, reducing guesswork and misfires. 🔥
Mentions:
Skip digging through pages in Appcues. Use the @ symbol to tag any Flow or Experience, then ask questions, review performance, or grab insights right away.
Bulk publishing:
Publish or unpublish multiple experiences at once using natural language, making large updates faster and easier to manage.

Goals improvements:
Goals now appear near the top of your Flow settings page, making them easier to spot and tie your experiences to more of the actions that matter to your business.

Flows in Workflows:
Create end-to-end customer journeys when you orchestrate Flows, emails, push, delays, and branches on one, connected Workflow canvas.

EU data hosting:
Our EU hosting environment, with data stored on EU-based infrastructure, is now live with an early preview for customers! 🥳 Migration for existing accounts is coming soon. If EU data residency is important to your organization, connect with your CSM to talk through requirements.

Embeds:
Place experiences directly alongside your product UI for non-intrusive guidance that looks and feels native. Style them any way you want and guide users without blocking their flow. This feature will be available for beta access soon; reach out to joey@appcues.com to join!
Next-gen NPS (Beta):
NPS surveys are getting a major upgrade. Soon, run multiple at once, customize colors and properties, track events, and publish to mobile web. Plus, localize with inline edits, .xliff uploads, or one-click AI translation. This feature is currently in beta; reach out to joey@appcues.com to join!
