Checklist styling:
Checklists now have more flexibility to match your brand. 🎨 Adjust the background, font, and hover colors to create polished experiences for your users.

Captain AI:
Meet your new in-product coach! Captain AI can now answer strategy questions, share best practices, and point you to resources so you can build great experiences without leaving Appcues. Next up, Captain will be able to dig into your results—returning insights about Flows, Events, Goals, and more as charts or CSVs right inside the chat. Check it out →

Improved targeting diagnostics:
Answer the big questions—How many people will see this Flow? Is my targeting set up correctly? Why doesn’t this user qualify?—with the new Audience Calculation and Diagnostics capabilities. You’ll see pass/fail results for every condition along with the exact property values causing a mismatch, so you can publish with confidence.

NPS surveys are getting a major upgrade. Soon, run multiple at once, customize colors and properties, track events, and publish to mobile web. Plus, localize with inline edits, .xliff uploads, or one-click AI translation. This feature is currently in beta; reach out to Joey if you’d like to join!
